  • 1 cup cooked bulgur
  • 2 beef shoulder tenders, about 1 pound

Directions

For salad

Combine salad kit, cooked bulgur and included toppings.

For steak

Preheat oven to 400⁰F.

Season shoulder tenders with salt and pepper. Melt butter or oil in a large, oven-safe skillet. Sear steak for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer steak to the oven and roast until the internal temperature reaches 1458–10 minutes Let steak rest 3–5 minutes before slicing. Serve on salad.
