Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped shallot
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- to taste salt and pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Ingredients can also be pulsed in a food processor for a smoother sauce.
